Queen’s University Assumption of Risks, Responsibility and Liability Waiver
Letter of Indemnification template (available for Queen's University department/faculties that work with a third party in the provisions of study abroad programs.
Risk assessment is carried out by all participants involved in international travel or travel to remote regions of Canada via the Off-Campus Activity Safety Policy, Safety Planning Record – Form 1.

All undergraduate students involved in international activities are required to enroll in the Emergency Support Program. All others are encouraged to do so.
