In October 2012, the Queen’s University International Centre (QUIC) will be celebrating its 50th anniversary. We invite you to celebrate the achievements of the Centre in reflection on the past years and how the landscape of QUIC and 'international' at Queen's has changed. For this purpose, we want to document the life of QUIC, reconnect with alumni, collect memories of the Centre, and ultimately, hold a Celebratory Gala event. QUIC wants to be able to document the changes that have occurred over the years, as well as the amazing journeys of those who have worked and volunteered at the Centre, used our services, and spend some of their time at QUIC.

Each member of the QUIC community who has been involved at the International Centre has had a different experience. Whether you are a former exchange student, an international student, a visiting or full-degree student, a Queen’s student who had a work or study opportunity abroad, or a faculty, staff or community member, we would like to capture your experience by asking you to submit a short paragraph regarding your time here. Please share a highlight of the Centre, memories of an event which you participated in, reflections on any involvement you had with a volunteer program, or another story you remember from the Centre.
